Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with details about your order. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical shipping times range from 5-10 business days within the U.S.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (living plants, seeds, and clippings), we cannot accept returns once the products have shipped. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer support for issues related to damaged or incorrect items.
- Non-Returnable Products: All sales of house plants, cacti, seeds, and clippings are final. Once shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will require proof of the issue (such as photos of the damaged or incorrect item) and will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Replacement or Refund: In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
5. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our returns policy for handling damaged or incorrect items.
6. Refunds
If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds for Damaged/Incorrect Items: Refunds for damaged or incorrect products will be issued once the claim has been reviewed and approved.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
