At Bizarre Botanics, we take great care in ensuring that your plants, seeds, and clippings are delivered to you safely and promptly. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our shipping process, costs, and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended slightly, but we will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a range of shipping methods to accommodate different delivery needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping options may take 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors on our part.

  • Delivery Window: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Please allow for potential delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping of Live Plants

Shipping live plants requires special care, and we take every precaution to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, due to the nature of live plants, certain factors, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect delivery times.

  • Weather Considerations: During extreme temperatures (hot or cold), we may delay shipping to ensure the health of the plants. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide an updated shipping timeline.
  • Packaging: All live plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. We use materials that ensure moisture and stability to help the plants survive the journey.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but occasionally, issues may arise during transit. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Damaged Items: If your plants, seeds, or clippings arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us, and we will assist in locating or replacing your order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations only if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order. Please refer to our returns policy for handling damaged or incorrect items.
