Where and when we ship
Bizarre Botanics ships within the United States. Available methods, delivery estimates, and costs are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $75 or more.
- Orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days.
- Live plants may be held briefly during severe heat or freezing weather.
- Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the shipment.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address.
Live-arrival support
If a plant arrives damaged
Open the package promptly. If a plant arrives materially damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Please keep the plant and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Natural variation, minor soil displacement, a small number of lost leaves, and temporary shipping stress are not normally considered damage. When a covered issue is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returns and changes
Contact us before sending anything back
Because plants and cuttings are perishable, they should not be returned without authorization. Unused, non-living merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered packing or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
