Products and availability
Plants are living, naturally variable products. Color, size, form, roots, and minor cosmetic markings may differ from photographs. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith, but availability is limited and may change without notice.
Orders and payment
An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory, pricing, payment, shipping, fraud-prevention, or legal restrictions. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping, returns, and live plants
Shipping and return eligibility are governed by the Shipping & Returns policy. Customers are responsible for opening live-plant shipments promptly, following care guidance, and reporting covered damage within the stated period.
